The 3rd annual Newtown Breakaways Women’s Pre-season AFLX Challenge is on again
This year the challenge has again attracted the cream of our Women’s AFL Teams with 8 Clubs and 12 teams to this tournament across all division levels. Another dynamic demonstration of the growing strength of the Sydney Women’s AFL community and again including regional participants. Bring your sisters, aunts, daughters, friends and neighbours to celebrate and watch Women’s Community AFL.
Bathurst Giants / Camden Cats / Newtown Breakaways / Pennant Hills Demons / Randwick City Saints / Southern Power / UTS AFC / Western Magic
There will be bar and catering available, however we encourage you to bring a picnic and make a day of it. Free Entry means a real opportunity for all the family to get to know women’s AFL & perhaps consider playing … it’s only pre-season plenty of time to join a team (Newtown Breakaways or Newtown Swans Juniors preferably).

Games: Teams will play AFLX modified games (full contact) on rectangular pitch in a pooled format. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three games.
